We often hear about aphrodisiac foods that supposedly have an effect on your sexual desire. But is this really the case? Some foods are sometimes referred to as aphrodisiacs (banana, squash, cucumber, etc.) due to their shape reminiscent of the male gear, while they have no real impact on libido.
